Waiting 10 weeks for rooter delivery and installation

<p>Telkom called my mother to offer us an upgrade from a 2 mb/s to an 4mb/s line with a new rooter. At this point we had problems with our rooter but Telkom assured us that within a maximum of seven days our rooter would have been delivered and installed by a technician.</p> <p> </p> <p>At this point it is 10 weeks later with nothing to show despite numerous calls to Telkom and T connect who works with Telkom to offer this service. The Telkom delivery agency called my mother on two occasions to say they would deliver (with no time given) on a specific day, but they never showed. To make matters worse we were billed for this service in January hence Telkom is talking our money and not providing the service. </p>
