Waited for 1h 30min

Telkom century city. Only has 1 technician. Been waiting for more than 1h and 30min to be assisted. He was stuck with one client that long. I don't know if his *********** and not sufficient at all. It's ridiculous how you have seven counters but only one technician. I have also tried calling your call center to fix my problem they couldn't help. I have had somebody come out they didn't do anything. They told me to email hostmaster it has been 2 weeks still no response from them. However somebody did respond. How the **** is my problem supposed to solved if that was the only email I got no updates on my profile whatsoever. I'm paying for a service that is not sufficient.
