Waited a month and nothing is happening

<p>I ordered an line installation for my business about a month ago and was phoned by someone from your call centre to verify my details for an 12 month contract, All the details was given and I was told it would be installed in the next 10 days, at this point nothing further has happened.</p> <p>I requested a reference number but was told its not necessary and my ID would suffice.</p> <p>My ID ********** 064087</p>
