Waited 3 days for help regarding LTE service

I have reported that the internet is not working. Every time I phoned them, they take me through the same drill. I had to explain the package I was on to the person helping me. I removed the Telkom sim and replaced it with an MTN SIM and the internet is working fine. I am loosing R600 a day with this issue.

I HIGHLY recommend it that no one subscribes to there service.
