wait for amonth to have your line fixed

I am absolutely disgusted by the terrible service that Telkom has to offer, and unfortunately they have the monopoly so we are stuck with this terrible service. as a paying customer I expect only the best however it seems like they are doing me a favour for no charge. I logged a call on 21/08 with Thabo ref 366CTK210815 to have our line fixed, after this I had to make numerous followups, on 2/09 I spoke to a very rude Joy to find out what the progress is. all she could say was I don't know. on 4/09 a technician rocked up at our house only to say he will be back. this was obviously a lie cuz we are still waiting for him to come back. The Sunday 6/09 the call was closed but nothing was done. on 9/09 I called again and spoke to ofentse who escalated the call the ref number was 740426. this call was closed for no reason after nothing being done. on 11/09 I called yet again to log another escalation they gave me a new ref number 743123. I need to know why I have to log so many calls to get results? we pay every month without fail yet get such poor service. you call centre staff is beyond *********** and takes no pride in the service they render. you need to up you customer service game!
