Wait another 28 days.....

<p>So here is my ref no: ********** 6.</p> <p> </p> <p>Technician came to test the speed at my place and he saw that it was super slow, seems like each day it is becoming slower and now i need to also wait 28 working days for it to be so called resolved by installing antennas, i think the best thing to do while i must wait and try and use this **** slow LTE is telkom must refund me for the last couple of months. i find it unfair to make me pay fr a service that is getting worse each day and another reason is that i had logged several tickets with telkom to resolve the problem and all i got was an sms to say a case is logged and then their status just changes to resolved when JACK **** WAS DONE so please credit me sincet the 1st complaint regarding the speed.</p>
