Wait 45min, talks 3 words and get cut off... TWICE

I'm trying to get my line moved to a new address, since I'm moving house end of march.<br> <br> I've been phoning 10210 and holding the line, listening to the absolute worst music (Sounds like something from an 80's Gameboy) then finally after 45 min some poor fellow answers the phone, but before I can even complete my greeting, I get cut off... beep beep beep, try again, same thing... What the Hell guys... Please call me on my number *** so that I can arrange the details and schedule!<br> <br> Much appreciated
