Wainting a Month just for my DSL line to be moved

<p>After one month of waiting for my telkom line to be moved and after about 5 different stories from different consultants, i was told today that they cannot move my line as it needs to be released by my current service provider. WHY COULD THEY NOT TELL ME THIS WHEN I REQUESTED FOR MY LINE TO BE MOVED WHICH WAS ON THE 28TH OF DECEMBER 2016.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now my Studies will suffer, my work will suffer...and the consultant that failed to give me vital information is probably having a good time at his desk picking his nose and eating his findings. I don't understand why telkom employs such *********** people honestly.</p> <p> </p> <p>TELKOM....WORST PEOPLE EVER...</p>
