Waaay over charged me 1000 rand

Telkom took over a 1000 rand out of my account when they only surpose to take 250 rand i am very upset because now i cant even get hold of them i have tried and tried now i must go to my bank in this corona time and go and reverse it i dont think its fair. I am very upset.
