Vumatel/Telkom

So Fibre thanks to Vumatel is now available in our area and I was contacted by Telkom to migrate my current Adsl to the Fibre. I was assured that there would be no interruption in my current internet service and they would co ordinate the process. Well they failed, because I have been without internet connection since Tuesday and have been referred between the technical and sales departments to try and remedy the problem but to no avail. As per telephonic query with vumatel yesterday {on day 3 of having no internet service} I was told that the order was not received by them as yet AND I had no follow up calls or emails from Telkom.
