Vumatel nightmare
I bought my gibre through Telkom., but it is via Vimatel which hss now bern dien for three days. Vumatel cannot be contacted by ohone. 20 Whatsapp messages to Vimatel Were abswered by an automated redoonse. At kast I received a Ref Ni from Telkom. But ni response from Vumatel. Ref No ISP-***.

03 Mar 2023, 11:58Telkom Shop at Clearwater Mall in Roodepoort is the most unfriendly, unhelpful and rudest place to visit. There is no supervisor and they do not "deal with your problem of your internet being down" the whole week. Calls to the Call Center are answered by empty promises that "someone will call you". No one did. Telkom's service provider, Vumatel, cannot be reached and Telkom doesn't accept responsibility What a hell of a week withtelkom and Vumatel.
