Hello. So, I have a 4Mb/s line through telkom. It was working properly for a month. But at the end of last month I paid over R2000 for all the costs. After which my internet wasn't working for over 5 days! Now that it is working, as of the 5th of November - I only get a maximum of 15kb/s, and it drops to under 1kb/s! How long will I have to struggle with this? Am I expected to pay for the duration that this is happening? Honestly, this is horrible service delivery.
