Vulnerability during loadshedding due to no network

Every time our area goes in to loadshedding Telkom network ceases to exist till load shedding is over leaving customers vulnerable to attack as we then have no way to summon help if needed. I find it very strange as my acquaintances with other networks have signal and internet during loadshedding. Very poor service from telkom
