Fir the second time this month, no internet because the lines are down Your chat help does not work and emails sent to support do not get answered. I have now been without internet for 16 days now. To make things even more frustrating my Telkom mobile data is of no use since it seems to run on edge in 95% of the locations I am in if it works at all.
