I have been with Telkom Mobile for years now and January 2019 they suspended my phone. i made a payment of R4561,71 to them and was promised by line will be restored.

Its February 2019 and up till now nothing has been done.The agents always give you some stupid story and that i have to make a payment of R5000 before anything gets done. This is utter ****...they wanna charge you all these amounts for a phone that is unusable.

There is never a manager or supervisor around to assist. I haven't received a Ref and have to record everything via pen.

i will never ever take a contract phone with them as they are the biggest *******s.
