Voucher from Telkom Direct for dressyourtech included with contract with deal not given, even after numerous follow up requests

Telkom Direct Whale Coast Mall. Dressyourtech voucher supposed to be included with my Flexon 2 mobile Honor 400 contract. It has been 17 days since signing. After numerous requests for what should be a simple sms voucher, still no voucher, or further feedback even after escalation promised to me.
