Vomiting right now very sick of Telkom

I am very fed up with telkom one month ago I logged a complaint it was not resolved. I am thinking of involving my lawyers now, because these matter has gone out of hands. I've entered into a contract with them last year October 2018 and canceled January this year. Then it appears as if I miss payment with them, now I can't apply for any credit anywhere else because of their *********** behavior. I don't know if I will get help or what but if this matter is not resolved I will take a very severe actions against them and It won't be nice
