VOIP Telephone system not installed after 3 months

On 11th December 2022 We place an order for a VOIP telephone system with telkom business. Today , more than 3 months later, no one at Telkom can tell us when we will have the system installed.

The sales person never responds to emails and calls back, neither does his manager.
