Void contract due misrepresentation

I visited Southgate mall store, helped by male consultant to get midnight P30 lite contract phone to R299.00 x 24 months which I requested to get only phone but He told me that it's a parkage of mobile Data or airtime and I decided to take contract phone & Data to R299.00. The first month they deducted R500 something pro rata, second month R960.00, when I consulted them, they told me that consultant should have deactivated speed limits and they can only deactivate it for me and nothing more, I insisted to speak to their manager and called another lady with told me that she can't assist me since consultant is off-duty, I left my Phone number to call me back but I never got a call from her. I decided to go back to them, she told me to wait and waited about 30 minutes, she came back and she told me that I got SMS to notify that data are depleted, why did I continue using my phone and I never got any SMS of that nature but why shouldn't I use my phone because I was told that I have 1Gig data, 3000 free calls a.c.t.. I asked to speak to her one up, she called branch manager whom I explained everything and told him that this contract is void as consultant Misrepresented information and my contract is bridged. He promised to call me back after he spoke to his superiors. After waiting for too long I went back to the store but branch manager told me that he has no solution. I have voice recording for every visit since the initial contractual day as supporting files, I wanted to deal with this matter in a civil manner but because of *********** staff and management, I will hand this matter the legal team to deal with this case. This contract is void bacause (a)(1), substituted “Any claimant or representative of a claimant who knowingly and willfully makes a false statement or representation for the purpose of obtaining a benefit or payment under this chapter shall be guilty of a felony, and on conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine
