VOICEMAIL NOT WORKING

I am extremely frustrated with Telkom. I have been trying to set up a simple feature such as my voicemail for MONTHS and it is still not working and this is negatively affecting my business. i have called in numerous times and tickets were logged and more tickets were logged but my query has yet to be resolved. ticket number *** ticket number: *** and lastly ***8
