Voice line cancellation
Can anyone out there tell me how do I cancel my landline with Telkom. Sent all necessary documents end of September 2015, till today no action taken. When I call in just get told \we will send an email". Who are this special people from Telkom that we are not allowed to contact directly to sort this mess out. My number is *** and I am not going to pay for a bill on something I do not use."""
