Vodacom is not helpful at all

good day, i have a problem with vodacom these guys have been deducting money from my account every month, there was a ********** account on my name, someone opened an account at vodacom, and i reported the matter 7 times last year and no one helped me, but they are busy deducting money from my account , now am going to court about this matter
