Vodacom is better than Telkom 110%

My total bill for Telkom every month should be under R2000 I have been billed R4300 and no body from Telkom can explain to me why. I’m due for an upgrade for my iPhone contract and I would like to upgrade it to a iPad for my daughter during lockdown for school and they won’t allow me to upgrade to a iPad because it’s a phone contract. I have a vodacom contract and they never repeat never stop you from upgrading for what you want to upgrade too. Telkom is disgusting.
