Violation of Contract

I submitted a cancellation of contract on the 18th of October 2015 well in time.<br> Despite the numerous emails and complaints, the contract remains uncancelled.<br> <br> To add further insult to injury, I was charged for value added services which I did not consent to.<br> Despite assurances of a refund, my current invoice doesn't reflect this refund.<br> <br> My current invoice now reflects a charge for a different amount to which the original contract is based on.<br> <br> I have received no response from the escalation centre or the managers I have emailed.<br> <br> This is absolutely disgusting and a clear violation of the consumer protection act<br> <br> I am now at my wits end regarding this matter.
