Vincent is a breath of fresh air at Telkom

I am quick to complain so I like to be quick to compliment as well, Vincent in your technical support Department @ 08h17 this morning was a breath of fresh air and a delight to deal with.<br> He not only promptly sorted out my challenge but had a great positive attittude and I must say when I mentoned how long I had been battling and he said how sorry he was I felt that he really meant it. I was dreading calling technical support but ended up laughing and my problem was resolved so please tell Vincent to keep up the great work, I wish there were more of him :)
