Firstly I will share the email correspondence between me and Vimeshan Governdor.

I then requested Vimeshan to put me on the 10gig LTE line which he confirmed..

After these Emails Vimeshan still put me on the 20gig fibre line.

Please confirm cancellation for my LTE as was promised by you when calling me for Fibre.

A deduction went off yesterday for LTE 899 , I am very unhappy with this and request a refund.

You will leave me no other choice but too take this matter further with your superiors and other Platforms.

After all the lies from Telkom and their useless sales and service department s with the biggest hipocrate being Vimeshan Governdor ,I am now being faced with the challenging and daunting tasks to try and cancel these services.

I would appreciate if I can get a call from the superior of Vimeshan Governdor to sort out this matter.
