VICTIMIZATION BY TELKOM AND REFUSAL OF ATTENNA

<p>MY NIGHTMARE started more than 8 weeks ago. I decided to go from MWEB ( FABULOUS SERVICE) to TEKOM LTE (just cause of the speed ) (OMG TO MY REGRET) more than 8 weeks ago and this is how it started . when i app**** i got TOLD I CAN NOT GET LTE UNCAPPED cause my house doesnt get signal BUT IF I STAND IN MY BACKYARD AND PICK A STONE UP I WILL HIT THEIR TOWER WITH IT.. then i get told ONLY HALF MY HOUSE CAN GET but i dont fall under this OFFER then I GET TOLD MY HOUSE HAS COVER FOR THE LTE10 GIG AND 25 GIG BUT NO WAY THE UNCAPPED. Went it to the TELKOM SHOP AT CARNIVAL the tell me they dont make the LTE ANYMORE!!!! I finally got a TELKOM TECHNICIAN that i know privately to come to the house to check signal and like i thought my house has complete COVER...so with this said my nightmare started again to get this package as my wife works for DISCOVERY HEALTH HEAD OFFICE ONLINE .. finally after manager to manager screaming threatening and shout TELKOM SAID TO ME >>>IF I WRIGHT A LETTER STATING THAT I TAKE FULL RESPOSIABILITY THEY WILL GIVE ME THE PACKAGE which i did. So now i am approved and my origanal package INCLUDED THE OUTSIDE ATTENNA!! waiting waitng so i phone in to see were the rooter is then i get told they need a BASE NR FROM MEEEE!!!huh ok finally that sorted out they just lose my ref nr ok manager to manager to manager so FINALLY after weeks i get the package but NO ATENNA DUE TO LACK OF STOCK so i wait and wait now said with i am making calls to them daily and they putting me on hold for 2 hours at a time cause they know my name and due to me screaming now i am being victimized and put just on hold doesnt matter that im PAYING MY CONTRACT THAT INCLUDED THE ATENNA and cause my wife being online without the attenna i have signal drop and technical problem but this doesnt matter to them even the FACT THAT I TOLD THEM MY BUSINESS IS BEING EFFECTED. Try get someone to help u or complaints that is a joke by itself. well i can go on and on and on but bottom line now IM BEING VICTIMIZED AND DISCRIMINATED against MY BUSINESS IS BEING AFFECTED AND IM SUFFERING FINACIALLY this is after they make these nice FALSE PROMISES on line after this email i am contacting the consumers protection to see if i can take this matter further ..now they have attenna in stock but due to me being victimized they dont want to HELP ME I HAVE TRIED EVERTYHING AND I MEAN EVERYTHING here is some of the names that was rude NOT HELPFULL OR JUST PLAIN SPITEFULL and refused TO HELP ME ********** ********** these are the people refusing to help me I PAID FOR A OUTSIDE ATENNA BUT BEING REFUSED THIS EVEN THE FACT THAT I HAVE TECKNICAL ISSUES!!!!!!!!! Why am i being victimized is it because i have a desiability or that im half breed or is it that i am not black enough for telkom BUT MY MONEY IS ONE COLOUR END OF MONTH I CANT GET ANYONE TO HELP ME WHAT AM I SUPPOSE TO DO BUT YET THEY GET THEIR MONEY THEY NOT GIVING ME WHAT WAS PROMISED IN MY 1st AGREEMENT till now nothing</p>
