Victimised by a Giant Service Provider in communication
I have been locked out of my monthly paid up 7 contracts for 5 days now. I’ve got more than 3 cases from 30 November 2024 and yet the dispute has not been resolved which led to my account being locked. Case ***3. I’ve went to the store 3 times already. The phones they bill me for are sold to another person. Claiming that I owe R9585 which is supposed to be taken away from my profile. My life , businesses and my family are breathing dark times

12 Jan 2025, 12:34The company name is Telkom and it All started in Eastgate store where the promotion was showing a certain price while the system charged differently., and I rejected the service simple because I couldn’t understand , why I’ll have to pay more while the other customer is paying the promotional price and then I cancelled the offer without taking anything with me
