******* via Spending Limit Story

My account ***, *** I never asked for the R599 monthly spending limit but in March I was charged R599 and was told it was because my data ran out and I used up to R599 on my assigned spend limit, I instructed them to Cancel that Stupid Spending limit and I received confirmation that it was reduced to R1.00 end March, but again in April I was debited with that R599, again I told them I dont want that, when my Data runs out their stupid line must just cut, again I've been told it wont happen again, stupid ******* Spending limit has been reduced to R1.00, TELKOM WHY ARE YOU ROBBING ME?, I signed up for R99 contract, stop *****ing my money.
