Vetting Issue - To Be Finalized & Approved Today!

Yesterday on my application to upgrade my current LTE contract to higher package my application for my contract with telkom mobile in store it was sent for vetting (case number Ref: ********** 8) and I should be approved for the upgrade as I earn a gross salary of R11600 and a Net of R9100 with a good account standing with Telkom currently so please can you have this vetting issue seen to and advise when I can collect my LIT TV and have my package changed from the 30 to the 50 , I am an existing paying client but telkom makes it their duty to mess me around on a regular basis hence Im messaging to make sure nothing goes wrong as it usually does! Secondly I have added the Huawei Watch 2 to my existing Huawei P10 contract yet it was also sent for vetting (case number ref: ********** 1) which is madness as its an existing contract which is being paid on time! Telkom call centre agent then told me they don't see any reason why they can't give me these 2 above cases as approved and wanted to sort it out but then got cut off. I am an existing loyal client with telkom and have a good credit rating! I expect vetting to be finalized today and all to be in order for me to collect my add on devices before the end of business today. Kind regards a loyal, high profile and well paying Telkom client!
