very,very bad service telkom worcester

gooodday my name is maria wakens Id # ***. i write this review cause i,m now totally hydrated of all the frustration i got of the terrible bad unexactaple service i get from telkom. i am a customer from telkom almost 10years and feel i was for all the years very loyal amongs them to stay with them inspite of some othe calls from all other companys to ask me for contracts,but i keep my loyalty amongs telkom where i am be for so many years.but unfortunately for so many years with the problems i got they can's assist me to sort the problem out.I got a lte router for more then 4 years with them witch work nice but for the last six month i suffer to get some access from the router ,i went for 5 times into to the store for help the told me its my settings ,they make the settings right and when i come at home it still doesn't wanna work , i went in again they said they gonna give me a newe sim and still not working but they promise me if i come agina they gonna give me a new router,saturday i go again the said sorry the sim upgrade must be three month old before i can make any changes on my contract,which i do not understand cause wehn i upgrade my data they told me it is a month to month contract wich i can change anytime i want .u know it is so frustating cause it cost me everytime a trip to worcester or somerset to place a complain ,but everytime its a new promise ,please help me sort this flippen bad service out.thank u
