VERYVBAD SERVICE FROM TELKOM

Good day, I would like to know how long does it take Telkom to resolve a query on a contract that was 3 days old. I took out a contract with Telkom on 13 of September 2023, I took the devise back on the16the of September 2023, because the devise did not work. Now I get told that I owe Telkom R1900. I have been phoning for more than a year and 11 months and still no joy. Every time I phone I get a case number and get told I will get a call back in 72 hours. those calls never happened. I was threatened with legal action.
