Very very very unhappy contract customer

Telkom customer service and help lines are useless, I could not get hold of 1 person today who could actually put me through to or give me their handset insurance departments number, how can you work for a company and not be able to help or assist with the products and services your company offers, completely ***********. They hurry to take your money but not to help when you need it. I was warned, but thought I'd give Telkom the benefit of the doubt, I was wrong this is not service worth paying for.
