Very very very poor service

I had some problems with telkom due to i did not have money to pay my account they suspended my service emediatly,i paid my account in full now i have to wait 7 to 14 work days for them to activate my accound again,i will not sent anybody to telkom,the service is very bad you struggle to phone them keep on the line for very long time,and when you pay your contract after it was cut of you wait a half month for them to re activate your account,that is what i call poor service i give them 0 stars zero stars is even to good for them
