VERY VERY VERY POOR SERVICE!!!!!!!

<p>My landlord installed 4MB uncapped internet and since we got the line the line is pathetic you cant go on the inter net its slow and when doing a speed test it shows 0.8mb if im lucky.</p> <p>The installer installed and left, after phoneing him a few time he just not going to fix his poor workmanship. i called telkom and the sent me a guy that said that there is noise on the line and that was that he also left yeasterday i phoned telkom and they said i was syncedon a 2mb line </p> <p>what must i do sothat tekom can fix there Promblem and empty problem</p>
