Very very very poor service

Since last year July 2019. They stole the telkom cables in our area. And for the pas year I have bee back and forth with telkom to get a wireless device because they said they are not replacing the calbes. Every time they give a reference number and after a week if you phone them that order does not exist. I am sick and tired of the **** service of telkom
