Very very very bad service

I have app**** online at telkom a week ago and received an email saying they will call me..for 4 days i called their call centre on 10213 and they are always off line i foned like 4 times a day...i ahve never ever in my life find tht a big company like this can be so unprofessional and nt getting back to clients..i even went online as to chat to them they cannot assist..i app**** fr the adsl upgrade and nothing and noone is calling me back.... im begining to think nt to do busineas with telkom it is pathetic
