Very very very Bad network

I don't what's wrong with Telkom ,I have been trying for days to use a night data or surfer with no luck, my normal data has been used ,I've tried ,I think me and my whole family it's time we change this s*it network with ****** ,you can't tell me @ 00:00 my data ran out and but another 2 gig when I have like 5 gig nite data and can't use a night surfer ay
