very very sad consumer

Good day its been 3 weeks since i did a swim swap @ south gate mall, i was told my finger prints dont match and it will be sent to head office for approval, till today my sim card isnt working, even went there on the 27/04/2021 was told my sim swap was approved, only to find out nothing has changed, went there more than 4 times, still no change, please kindly assist, my number is *** my email is ***.
