Very very poor service

<p>Got called by a Telkom call centre called WNS, the agent offered me a handset which i agreed to on the 30th of January 2017. Telkom proceeded to deduct money from my bank account on the 2 of February to confirm the details. Since then, no order is tracable, no one knows whats going on, ive spend 133 minutes on the phone in that last 3 days with absolutely no luck. The online chat agents cant help, the call centre cant assist. This is just total *******.</p> <p> </p>
