Very very bad service with no internet

Been struggling with Telkom since November 2021. After numerous calls logged and tons of reference nrs no success. I keep getting my account to pay but no service. They don't even call back for a fault reported. I am fed up with there very very poor service. I am paying a 10mps line for wifi and it's running only 0.36mps. Totally not right
