very very bad service very disappointed client 33

Im very disappointed with the service of telkom they are unfriendly and very rude Iwill not accept how they **** to me they told me they have booked a technican for the 20th thats today ive been calling for the passed 4 DAYS and thy were telling me lies so I called today they said theres no account on there systems im a new user and im not happy at all I would like telkom to do my adsl line like tomorrow asap Thank you
