Very very bad service ask you to pay the money even if you are not using the service

<p>I have app**** for fnb credit increase and they said its rejected as per i know my rating is very good and fnb manager said you are on default in transuinon because you did not pay the money.I called the telkom and they said it is our mistake and they cleared the amount but i asked for the prrof to submit to transuinon that my account is up to date and up to know i did not get any email from telkom.So bottom line is they blame you for their mistakes.I can not apply for any loan because of telkom mistake.</p>
