Very very bad service

I have to been to this store at 10am this morning ,have been standing outside for one and half hours . When asked one of the staff to speak to someone in charge his reply was manager is not at store and everyone is on an one hour break . He stated that one staff is in front seeing to customers . The line outside was so long that the guard came to complain that blocking others stores. My complain is how can all staff go on an one hour break and leave one staff at front with such a long line ? And the guy that works says that we suppose to stand even if it's more than one hour that's how it is . Service was very bad plus staff was walking around aimlessly not helpful to customers . After I asked for managers number then they all came out and started calling customers in . Very very upset with service
