Very very bad service - 900% - 900%

I have a problem with the internet. I have a uncapped 2meg line but is more like a 0,002kb line. I have phone them several times and all I here is we will reset your port . After the 5th time they logged a fault and a week later nothing. I am still waiting and still slow internet. I will never recommend Telekom to any one. There service is very bad and when you call you wait 30-70 min just so they can drop the phone on you.
