Very very Bad service,
<p>Telkom has given me the worst service every, I ttok out a contract for Wifi with them for R158 a month, told the lady spicifly to cap my data. Every month Telkom still deducts and Extra R500 from my account. I phoned them the first month and the replaced it. Then my account went in arears, as they did not deduct their monthly payment. The next month they deduct again R1083 from my account, but by now my account has been put off. My wifi has been off for a whole month after phoning them twice to corrct my account. they even sent me a message to say my account has been attended to. Nothing happened. This month they deduct over R600 after my account has been off for the month so how could i have used extra data. No my bank account is in a minus and who is gona pay the bank cost</p> <p>Worst service ever</p> <p>Malany Parring</p> <p> </p>
