very very bad service

Around the 28/10/15 i app**** for.a new internet deal just to find that they out of stock...my application was approvedafter about two weeks when i was told i can come collect my rooter....when i arrived i was told my rooter is not there buy the day prior my friend work went and filled his application after i told him about the deal and recieved a rooter...i went to telkom every friday to find out if stock has arrived because they do not keep you updated or answer the telephones when you call the branch....i finally recieved my rooter on the 4/12/15 and was told it will be active within 24 hours...today on the 10th my rooter is stil not active after i was there on the 8th and was told that they will contact me on the 9th and my issue will be resolve but up untill now no one has contacted me and my rooter is stil not active and i find the service extremely bad and unprofesaional from telkom to its customers....its been almost 6weeks from the day i filled my application and my rooter is not active...
