very very bad service

what a disturbing and annoying service from Telkom,I app**** for a cellphone contract ,while busy with it the consultant advertised a router to add on my package,to my surprise they delivered only the router which I have never used because of the cellphone which has never arrived,one of the consultant called and I explained that I don't need a router without a phone as this will be useless to me,he promised to sort the issue,it has been 5weeks now and I call with no success,the disturbing part is they are billing me for a router which I am not using.
