Very Very Bad and a Poor , useless network ever.

My case was resolved and closed without me knowing, few days I got an sms that I was allocated with a data but I never received any data, the did NOT give me the minutes as well. Their mo”nice 1gb for R47.00 which doesn’t appear on their system. Last night I got data history which is their data which is allocated to my account doesn’t even appear. I am fed-up with Telkom now on I need to revert back to my Vodacom network once I finished airtime and the rest. I have their sms records I won’t be able to add them here but I saved them.
