Very useless and no one is following up

I followed the step as instructed by telkom direct people to cancel the subscribtion of my telkom mobile contract, but no one got back to me after 2 months. I tried to ask the people at Telkom Direct Shop to help me but they kept sending me back to do the steps again on the web site to cancel. Now, after 3 months, I haven‘t been contacted by anyone from telkom mobile regarding canceling my subscribtion and Telkom Mobile still sending me mnthly statements as though nothing happened. Very *********** and not very friendly plus no one from Telkom Direct Shop even tried to help me out at all but ignoring my problem. Note: I did receive the email confirming that i am cancelling my contract, twice
